If you can't sign in or your magic-link email isn't arriving, the fastest path is to try again from the sign-in page — the most common cause is the prior link expired (they're good for 15 minutes). If a fresh attempt still doesn't work, email support@autoteambuilder.com from the address tied to your account.

For everything else.

Product feedback, integration questions, press, partnership ideas, or anything we haven't anticipated: email support@autoteambuilder.com. Include screenshots or a short description of what you saw and what you expected; helps us respond faster.

What we can't do.

• Process payments or refunds for third-party programs you've activated — reach out to that program's support directly. AutoTeamBuilder doesn't handle their money flow.
• Move a member from one sponsor's downline to another after the fact. Spillover placements are final once recorded.
• Provide tax, legal, or investment advice. See our income disclosure for context.
